Eating healthy isn’t always the most affordable. Organic and fresh food costs can add up quicker compared to processed and packaged foods.

If you’re trying to achieve your fitness goals- having a quality diet should be a priority! Think of it as treating your body rather than a spending burden.

Some tips to get the most out of your dollar when shopping:

-Check multiple stores whether you have a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Ralph’s- the prices can vary quite a bit.

-Wholesale food and farmers markets can offer quality food at low prices.

-Some stores offer club card reward programs, take advantage!

-Learn to cook your own meals rather going out often.

It is inevitable that organic and quality food will be more expensive, but in the long run your body will thank you!
