HIT Calisthenics: 45 minutes to increase fat burning, performance and general endurance through calisthenics high intensity & strength training.

These sessions will put you through short and intense drills and routines at the crossroad of endurance, bootcamp and interval training. The metabolic effects are known to last up to 72 hours after class! (i.e: your body still burns fat up to 2+ days after a session).
