Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 3 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup pre cooked (5min) lentils
- 2 bananas
- 1 zucchini
- 2 large tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 2 large tbsp coconut oil
- 3 large tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp pink salt (optional)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 hand full 65% chocolate chips
Process
- Mix everything, except chocolate chips, in a food processor until smooth
- Dip in baking cups/tray
- Add chocolate chips
- Bake 10-15min at 420F
- Eat warm
- Pairs well with mochi ice cream
- Save in fridge and eat as a brownie once cooled down
