Health Power Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 3 organic apples with peel
  • 2-3 oz organic baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 large dried figue
  • 1/2 cup oat meal
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • Cinnamon 2 to 4 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
Process
  • Start by mixing the dry ingredients in the food processor.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix until obtaining a smooth content.
  • Transfer content in cake pan.
  • Bake 30 min at 390F.
  • Let it sit and cool down for 15 min once out of the oven.
  • Store in the fridge.
