Push Yourself with an Interval Timer

Push Yourself with an Interval Timer
February 1, 2016 Street Workout Academy

Having an interval timer when working out can help you push yourself the extra step, as well keep you from resting too long.

There are many workout routines you can do. The default setting is to workout for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds eight times.

Here are some of our favorites:

20 seconds explosive knees to chest, 10 seconds rest jumping jacks.

20 seconds crunches, 10 seconds elevated leg holds.

20 seconds jump rope, 10 seconds QUICK jump rope.

There are endless combinations you can make and mix. Try it out, be creative and make your own workout!

Here is the one we use: Runtastic Timer App for Workouts, Tabata & Fitness Training by runtastic
