When did you start calisthenics?

I started training calisthenics in October 2017.

What made you want to try it?/How did you discover it?
I tried to do handstand in my room and failed from the face. I discovered calisthenics on YouTube.

What are the benefits you get from training calisthenics?/How often do you train?

Staying healthy both mentally & physically./I train 5 to 6 times a week.

What’s your favorite move?/What are your calisthenics training goals for the years to come (moves, reps, combos etc…)?
My favorite move is the “Skin the Cat”. My ultimate goal is to complete 10 Muscle ups  in a row.

Would you recommend calisthenics training to your friends?
Yes! I highly recommend it!

What would be your first advice for anyone who wants to start training calisthenics

Push your limits and if you feel pain you’ll get gains!!
